Cancellation Policy
🔸 Service Policies & Requirements : To ensure you get the most value from your session, please review the following: Pre-Session Requirement: Clients are encouraged to complete the Strategy Session Prep Form at least 48 hours before the call. This ensures we can tailor the session to your business needs and provide meaningful recommendations during our time together. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour in advance or no-shows will be non-refundable (100% of the session fee will be retained). Follow-Up Materials: All clients will receive a summary report within 2 business days of the session. Any unused strategy time does not roll over. Support: This session does not include implementation or post-call support. Follow-up services such as audits or builds are available as add-ons.
