Why do I need the Solution Readiness Audit, and is it refundable?
Every NEW partnership begins with a basic system overview to start with a clear understanding of your current systems, workflows, and goals.
It gives us both the visibility needed to make confident decisions about scope, priorities, and which partnership tier best fits your needs—before any retainer hours begin.
Returning clients are exempted and should contact me directly regarding their needs.
When does my retainer start?
Most assessments are completed within two weeks from kickoff. That includes your initial consultation, system audit, and delivery of your Roadmap & Recommendations Report.
What happens if we extend our partnership? Will our pricing improve?
Yes—extensions unlock better pricing.
If you extend after your initial term, your renewal automatically shifts to the next commitment tier:
Extending a 3-mo. term → your next 3 months bill at the 6-month rate
Extending a 6-mo. term → your next term bills at the 9-month rate
Extending a 9-mo. term → your next term bills at the 12-month rate
In short:
Every time you renew, your pricing improves based on your new commitment length.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Maintenance + Support is use-it-monthly.
Implementation and Management allow limited rollover (up to 4 hours, valid 30 days).
Unused hours often signal system stability—which is a win. Either way, you still receive strategy sessions, review cycles, and proactive improvements that keep your ops moving forward.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
You can upgrade anytime.
Tier downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and require 30-day notice.
How are hours and work tracked?
All work is tracked in 15-minute increments inside your dedicated System Management Base. You can view timesheets, progress logs, and priorities in real time.
