• Digital Products & Templates: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• On-Demand Calls: No refunds. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Consulting Services: Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for unused services. Once services are delivered, refunds are not available.
