To ensure your workflows are built with full care, Implementation focuses on one - two departments, three interconnected environments for architectural work , or up to five bases for workflow development. We can absolutely shift our departmental focus over time as your workflows stabilizes and adoption becomes steady.

What kinds of builds are included?
Full architecture + workflow builds: new workflows, multi-step automations, integrations, dashboards, interfaces, schema restructuring, and light Softr page additions. All work follows a structured roadmap created after your Gateway Assessment.
How fast will things get built?
You’ll see consistent, tangible progress every month. Pace varies by tier and workflow complexity, but Implementation is designed so your hours are fully used and every cycle moves your system forward. A mix of workflows, automations, interfaces, & integrations—depending monthly bandwidth & priorities.
What type of support is included?
You’ll have unlimited email support during the workweek, and additional calls are billed at the hourly rate. Keep in mind: Keep in mind that this package is build-focused. For deeper or ongoing support needs, you may be better served in a Management Partnership.
How does project management work during implementation?
A monthly Outlook is provided each month for transparency. You will also receive a dedicated System Management Base, which includes tasks & project tracking, hour usage and pacing, team input collection, resource management as it relates to project.
What if we are mid-build and need more hours?
If you need extra hours mid-build, you can temporarily increase your plan after month one. Overages bill at 18–20% above your rate. Timesheets are provided weekly, so you can decide whether to approve overtime or move up a tier. Upgrades apply only to those months; your original tier stays locked for your full contract.
